who we are
Beaumont Training & Consultancy Ltd. was formed in Nottingham, UK, in 2008 and has expanded rapidly since then. It now has a range of multilingual associates and strategic partners.
The Lead Trainer and Senior Executive coach is Jo Higgins-Cezza.
Jo ran her own business in Italy, is bilingual and regularly delivers training in both English and Italian.Educated to Masters level, Jo has wide experience of leadership coaching and training in both the public and private sector. Previously Senior Programme Manager for a portfolio of leadership and coaching programmes at the National College for School Leadership, Jo has also completed the University of Manchester's Coaching Programme and the Ashridge Coaching for Organisation Consultants programme. A former Open University tutor, Jo has also been a business coach for the young enterprise scheme and is currently a Partner in Open Agenda.
